Although Arville provide the complete technical textiles solution for a wide range of industries, P&S Textiles Ltd (T/A Arville) has been a leading specialist in the weaving of truly endless extraction webs (Braybands) for rotary moulder machines. Arville develop fabrics and rotary moulder belts and cutters to provide cost-effective solutions for demanding applications.
Belt-driven mass production techniques for dough forming and moulding were introduced to the bakery industry over 100 years ago and Brayband is the only ‘fully fabricated’ product made on a ‘day to day’ basis, ensuring short lead times for customers.
Arville customers range from large multi-nationals to medium and small sized companies with unique and niche requirements for technical textiles. Arville rotary belts are sold to over 50 countries around the world.
